Victims of Camp Lejeune's toxic water contamination receive $300 billion in compensation from Congress
Veterans and military families who were exposed to toxic water at Camp Lejeune between 1953-1987 can now seek compensation in millions of dollars under the Camp Lejeune Justice Act passed by Congress.
There may be compensation available to you if you are a former resident, a former member of the U.S. Marine Corps or a former employee of U.S. Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.
There will be no impact on your VA Disability benefits as a result of this lawsuit. In addition to service members and civilians who lived at Camp Lejeune, their families may file claims on their behalf.
